Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Planned to undergo elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery, aged 18-65 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II, simplified Apfel score>=3 (female, non-smoker, history of postoperative nausea and vomiting and/or motion sickness, use of postoperative opioids), expected surgery duration (from anesthesia induction to wound closure) >=1 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obesity (BMI >30 kg/m^2), administration of antiemetic drugs within 1 day before surgery, administration of opioids within 1 week before surgery, regular use of corticosteroids, presence of mental illness, drug or alcohol abuse, gastrointestinal motility disorders, severe liver or kidney disease, history of insulin-dependent diabetes, or patients sent to the intensive care unit postoperatively, contraindications to SGB, or patients who refuse or are unable to cooperate.
