Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants that meet the age requirements will be included.The participants are older adults, whose ages are 60 years old or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No diagnosed cognitive impairment and psychiatric disorders, or do not have regular mindfulness practice (practicing mindfulness more than once per week in the past 3 months.
