Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for CAI patients recommended by the International Ankle Consortium; 2. Adults aged 18-45; 3. Have experienced at least one significant ankle sprain in the past year, with the first sprain occurring more than 12 months before the start of this study; 4. Recurrent episodes of the ankle giving way; 5. Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score = 3 months, with a VAS score >= 3; 7. Clear consciousness, normal cognition, and able to understand and cooperate with the required treatment; 8. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe lower limb injuries; 2. Cognitive or mental disorders, unable to understand or cooperate with treatment; 3. Previously received PNE treatment; 4. Neurological diseases affecting this study, such as Parkinson's or stroke.
