14 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 14 - 65 years old; 2. Baseline HAMD-17 score >= 7 points; 3. First onset or recurrence without medication use (> 3 months);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia; 2. Patients with refractory depression (those who have failed to respond to =2 kinds of adequate antidepressant medications in the past); 3. Patients with severe physical diseases; 4. Patients with substance abuse disorders;
