18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 to 80 years old. (2) Confirmed with severe hypertriglyceridemia, TG = 5.6 mmol/L. (3) A history of at least one episode of hypertriglyceridemic acute pancreatitis with clear medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute pancreatitis occurred within one month before randomization; (2) Malignant tumor; (3) Previous pancreatic surgery; (4) Other major diseases such as heart, liver, lung and kidney; (5) Pregnancy or lactation; (6) Mental illness that cannot cooperate.
