Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Case inclusion criteria: (1) The patient's dentition is permanent; (2) The affected tooth develops corresponding symptoms and signs after root canal treatment, or the original symptoms and signs have not subsided, including percussion pain, swelling and pain, occlusal pain, sinus tract, etc; (3) The patient has no obvious symptoms after root canal treatment, and the imaging examination 2 years or more after treatment shows that the periapical lesion has not subsided or has become larger. 2.Image inclusion criteria: (1) The affected tooth has undergone root canal treatment; (2)The affected tooth still has visible periapical lesions on imaging (periapical lesion sizes>1-2mm); (3) The CBCT image is clear, and there is no artifact interference in key areas; (4) There is no large-scale jaw defect.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Case exclusion criteria: (1) Non-permanent dentition; (2) The affected teeth are wisdom teeth. 2.Image exclusion criteria: (1) Blurred CBCT images, large amounts of metal artifacts and motion artifacts due to the presence of dental implants and/or brackets; (2) Large-scale defects or destruction of the jaw due to cystic changes, fractures, etc.
