Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with lactose tolerance identified through hydrogen breath test; 2. College students and graduate students (including master's and doctoral students) over 18 years old; 3. Agree not to take any medication, nutritional supplements or other dairy products during the study period; 4. Willing to comply with all requirements and procedures; 5. Sign the informed consent form; 6. Agree not to participate in another interventional clinical study during this research period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lactose intolerants; 2. Any eating disorders, metabolic and/or chronic diseases that are considered potentially interfering with the measurement of research results; 3. Acute infections or gastroenteritis at the time of enrollment; 4. Gastrointestinal diseases that may interfere with the measurement of research results, such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome or Crohn's disease; 5. Individuals who self-report an allergy to milk products; 6. Individuals diagnosed with immunodeficiency and any serious diseases by doctors.
