Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 75 years; 2. Diagnosis of PD according to the Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson’s Diseas; 3. Hoehn–Yahr stage III–IV; 4. Presence of balance and gait impairments, as indicated by the Mini Balance Evaluation Systems Test less than 20 points; 5. Mini-Mental State Examination score more than 24, indicating no significant cognitive impairment and adequate ability to comprehend and follow therapist instructions; 6. Receiving stable pharmacological treatment for PD; 7. Absence of other neurological disorders; 8. The individual or their legal guardian has the capacity to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation according to the guidelines; 2.Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, or uncontrolled malignant hypertension precluding participation in exercise; 3.Severe psychiatric conditions, severe malnutrition, severe osteoporosis, unhealed fractures, or other significant musculoskeletal disorders that could interfere with completion of exercise; 4.Lower limb dysfunction attributable to causes other than PD.
