Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Colorectal cancer was diagnosed by pathology and endoscopy, and radical resection of colorectal cancer was performed at an selected time. 2. The patient had no history of other malignant tumors before surgery; 3.Age >=18 years old; 4.The patient gives informed consent and signs the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There are serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ dysfunction, endocrine metabolism or immune system diseases, serious infections and water and electrolyte balance disorders; 2. In patients with severe malnutrition, serum albumin < 21 g/L; 3. Patients who intend to receive stomy surgery; 4.Patients who cannot cooperate with treatment for various reasons such as consciousness disorders.
