Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathologically or cytologically confirmed NSCLC; received at least one cycle of first-line systemic therapy; age >= 18 years; available clinical data; written informed consent for the prospective cohort.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-NSCLC; active infection before enrollment; severe immunodeficiency or immunosuppression; pregnancy or breastfeeding; missing key clinical data.
