Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overweight/obese patients aged 40-60 years with BMI>=24.0kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, cirrhosis, kidney disease, cancer, and severe gastrointestinal diseases; Mental abnormality or low intelligence, disability or life can not take care of themselves; A history of fracture; Pregnant women, women planning to become pregnant within 2 months and lactating women; Use of probiotics or prebiotics in the past 3 months.
