Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Heart failure patients who visit our hospital, voluntarily participate in the study, and are able to cooperate with the examination. Grouping: 1.Control group: Normal experimental subjects. 2. Research group: Heart failure patients who visited our hospital were divided into left heart failure group, right heart failure group, and total heart failure group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of liver disease (hepatitis, liver trauma, cirrhosis, fatty liver, etc.), excessive alcohol consumption, ascites, and body mass index>35kg/m^2.
