Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur, scheduled for elective internal fixation surgery; 3. ASA classification I–III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin ulceration or infection of the auricle; 2. Bradycardia (heart rate <50 beats/min) or third-degree atrioventricular block; 3. Implantable cardiac pacemaker or other electronic devices; 4. Presence of psychiatric disorders or long-term use of psychiatric medications; 5. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 6. Inability to understand or cooperate with the scale assessment; 7. Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; 8. Expected postoperative transfer to the ICU.
