20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor embryo quality in >=2 prior assisted reproduction cycles at other hospitals or our hospital, including those with fragmentation rate >=60%, arrest at cleavage stage, or good-quality cleavage-stage embryos but blastocyst formation rate =2.0; 5. Voluntarily signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of donor sperm or donor eggs for assisted reproduction; 2. Planning to undergo time-lapse embryo monitoring; 3. Number of normally fertilized oocytes (2PN) <2; 4. Contraindications to pregnancy or contraindications to assisted reproductive technology.
