Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for "stroke", confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2.Aged 35–75 years and right-handed prior to onset; 3.First-episode unilateral subcortical ischemic stroke (involving areas such as the lateral ventricle, thalamus, internal capsule, or basal ganglia); 4.Disease duration of 2 weeks to 3 months, with the hemiplegic hand at Brunnstrom stage III–VI; 5.In stable condition with stable vital signs; 6.The patient or an immediate family member has signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe scalp skin allergy (affecting device wear or treatment safety); 2.Unstable medical condition or comorbid malignant progressive diseases (e.g., uncontrolled severe atrial fibrillation, malignant tumors); 3.History of drug addiction; 4.Presence of cognitive impairment or aphasia, leading to inability to cooperate with basic communication, comprehension of instructions, or testing procedures;
