Meets diagnostic criteria outlined in the Revised Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Immunological Thrombocytopenia in Children (2021 Edition). 3. Has received treatment with at least one TPO receptor antagonist (e.g., eltrombopag, roux-Vorspin, avatrombopag). 4. Completed bone marrow biopsy following initiation of TPO-RA therapy, with a comprehensive pathological report including reticulin fibre staining (Gomori silver staining) and fibrosis grading.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with secondary ITP (e.g., secondary to systemic lupus erythematosus, Evans syndrome, etc.) or coexisting with other clearly defined haematological disorders (e.g., myelodysplastic syndromes, hereditary thrombocytopenia, etc.). 2.
