Ovarian cancer is a primary malignant tumor originating from the ovaries or fallopian tubes. Ovarian malignant tumors include a variety of pathological types, which are mainly divided into epithelial ovarian cancer, malignant germ cell tumors, sex cord-stromal tumors, fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed primary epithelial ovarian cancer; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. All patients with positive BRCA status; 4. Complete clinical and pathological data available, including age, FIGO stage, pathological type, tumor marker (CA125), treatment modality (primary debulking surgery [PDS] or interval debulking surgery [IDS] with R0 resection achieved), KELIM score, selection of PARP maintenance therapy, and progression-free survival (PFS); 5. Pathology-related immunohistochemistry including P53, WT1, ER, and PR.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to receive standardized surgery or chemotherapy; 2. Absence of immunohistochemical examination; 3. Non-standardized detection of CA125 and calculation of KELIM score; 4. Complicated with other systemic diseases or primary malignant tumors; 5. Incomplete data.
