Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents with depression (1) Meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depression and meet the major depressive episode of MINI-kid; (2) Han nationality, aged 12-18 years old, right-handed, primary school education or above; (3) Hamilton Depression Scale (HDRS17) item score >=17 points; (4) First untreated depression patients or nearly 1 month without drug treatment history, nearly 1 month without electroconvulsive therapy history; 2. Healthy control group (1) Han nationality, aged 12-18 years old, right-handed, primary school education or above; (2) Never had any neurological or psychiatric diseases (3) No magnetic resonance contraindications; (4) No claustrophobia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with other mental diseases; 2. Combined with organic brain disease or history of severe brain trauma; 3. combined with other serious physical diseases; 4. There are magnetic resonance scanning contraindications; 5 a history of substance dependence or abuse; 6. Not actively cooperating with researchers.
