Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting to our center with current Hp infection; 2. They volunteered to participate and were able to cooperate with the study; 3. Age range: 18 to 55 years old, no gender restrictions. 4. Negative control subjects without Hp infection (aged 18-55 years, gender unrestricted, willing to participate and cooperate with this study, no underlying digestive system diseases or obvious discomfort).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had received previous eradication therapy for Hp infection; 2. Medications that may affect the study results, such as proton pump inhibitors (PPI), potassium competitive acid blockers (P-CAB), bismuth, and antibiotics, were taken within 4 weeks before enrollment; 3. Patients with gastrointestinal malignancies; 4. Patients after gastrointestinal surgery; Patients with obvious diseases of the heart, lung, kidney, liver, blood, nerve, endocrine, and mental system; 5. Patients who were allergic to the drugs used in this study; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. An alcoholic; 8. Combined with other medical conditions that may increase the side effects of treatment or affect the gastrointestinal microecology; 9. Long-term use of drugs that may affect the microecology of the digestive tract; 10. Inability to cooperate with the study.
