18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18–60 years old is recommended. 2.Currently receiving treatment in the Emergency Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital. 3.Diagnosed with sepsis (1. Confirmed or suspected infection; 2. SOFA score = 2 points; 3. Accompanied by abnormal vital signs (e.g., respiration, circulation, etc.)), and blood is drawn within three hours after diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age and Special Population Restrictions: Age less than 18 years or greater than 60 years; pregnant or lactating women. 2.Concurrent Severe Underlying Diseases or Limited Life Expectancy: Presence of any terminal illness with an expected survival time of less than 48 hours; presence of severe irreversible neurological damage or disease.
