Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old; 2. Rural household registration and long-term residence in rural areas (continuous residence in rural areas for =6 months); 3. No children or children do not live with the elderly for more than half a year in a row, children visit less than once a week, living alone or only with the spouse; 4. Willing to participate in this research and give informed consent to this study; 5.Possess normal language communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Five-guaranteed households/retired cadres (the guarantee mechanism is significantly different from that of ordinary elderly people); 2. Diagnosed with cognitive impairment, unable to understand interview questions.
