Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Currently employed individuals, aged 20-60 years; 2. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with major diseases such as malignant tumors; 2. Those unwilling to participate in this study.
