Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as pemphigus, Behcet disease, hidradenitis suppurativa, pustular psoriasis patients; 2.He was treated and followed up in our hospital; 3.Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Those unable to complete the questionnaire will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
To observe the efficacy of different therapeutic drugs in 4 weeks, 12 weeks, half a year, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, on comorbidities, safety and drug retention rates in real word.;To establish biological samples of peripheral blood and skin lesions of pemphigus, Behcets' disease, hidradenitis suppurative and pustular psoriasis. To search for biomarkers that predict efficacy and prognosis.;

To evaluate the effect of patient education on disease prognosis;To explore the potential genetic and immunological mechanisms of different clinical phenotypes(refractory or not));
