Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A formal nurse in this unit; 2. Engaged in clinical nursing; 3. Those who voluntarily participate in this project and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Maternity leave, maternity leave nurses; 2. During the study, the researcher withdrew for personal reasons.
