Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >=70 years, meeting the standards of the 'Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure'; NYHA class II-IV heart failure, NT-proBNP >450 pg/mL, systolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.malignant tumor; 2.Patients with pathological changes in vital organs such as lungs, kidneys, or liver"; 3.allergic history to rhBNP; 4.dementia with psychiatric symptoms or violent tendencies;
