Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with preoperatively or intraoperatively diagnosed PTC who underwent CLN; 2.T1 stage patients with maximum tumor diameter <=2cm; 3.Patients undergoing unilateral thyroidectomy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with bilateral thyroid resection; 2.Patients undergoing lateral cervical LND; 3.Patients who do not agree to the use of nanocarbon suspensions;
