Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maternal gestational age ranged from 19 to 40 years; 2. The delivery date should be from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 in Peking University International Hospital or Haidian Maternal and Child Health Hospital. 3. TSH in the first trimester was 0.1-4.0 mIU/L; 4. Single pregnancy;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. TSH 2.5-4.0 mIU/L in the first trimester was associated with positive TPOAb, SCH, clinical hypothyroidism (TSH > 4.0 mIU/L), clinical and or subclinical hyperthyroidism (TSH < 0.1 mIU/L), and hypothyroxinemia. 2. Previous history of thyroid disease, goiter, oral contraceptives or any drugs that may affect nail function such as glucocorticoids before pregnancy; 3. Fetal distress, premature birth, neonatal asphyxia, bilirubin encephalopathy, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, low birth weight and hypoglycemia; 4. Congenital intellectual disability and genetic diseases; 5. The data was incomplete.
