Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 3 to 7 years; 2. The child and their parents could communicate normally, with no evident hearing or vision impairments; 3. Informed consent was obtained from both the child and the caregiver.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill children; 2. Use of sedatives, analgesics, or anesthetics within 24 hours prior to blood collection;
