Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 years old; 2. Pancreatic tumor, pathologically confirmed. Willing to participate in this study and obtain informed consent; 3. Able to communicate with researchers; 4. Nutritional risk screening 2002 (Nutrition Risk Screening 2002, NRS) indicates a nutritional risk (3 points or above); 5. Hospitalized for more than 5 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Those who received nutritional support for 3 days or more before admission; 3. Unable to measure height, weight or provide relevant information; 4. Those who have not completed the first interview within 48 hours of admission; 5. At the end stage of the disease; 6.with severe diseases or having been in the intensive care unit; 7. In critical and urgent condition, awaiting rescue; 8. Have contraindications for nutritional support; 9. Had received nutritional intervention in another hospital upon admission.
