Interventions

biofilm formation assessed using LIVE/DEAD staining and confocal microscopy.
Penetration depth experimental group:Treating EDTA-etched dentin slices with high, medium, and low concentrations of FITC-labeled chitosan nanocrystals (ChNCs), and evaluating fluorescence penetration
Sealing effectiveness experimental group:Dentin slices were divided into: control group, high-concentration repair group, low-concentration repair group, and mineralization solution group. Each group
the mineralization solution group received only CaGP
the control group received no treatment.
Air pressure penetration experimental group:Dentin slices were divided into: control group, high-concentration repair group, low-concentration repair group, GLUMA group, Aominqing group, and Duraphat
Bacterial adhesion and anti-biofilm experimental group:Experiment using Streptococcus mutans UA159. Part 1: Divided into control group, 12-h group, and 24-h group (5 slices per group)

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 60 years..; 2. First, second, or third molars requiring extraction due to orthodontic treatment requirements, periodontal disease, or tooth impaction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with caries or cannot be fully extracted; 2. Teeth that have undergone root canal treatment or restoration.
