Dentin Hypersensitivity
Conditions
Interventions
biofilm formation assessed using LIVE/DEAD staining and confocal microscopy.
Penetration depth experimental group:Treating EDTA-etched dentin slices with high, medium, and low concentrations of FITC-labeled chitosan nanocrystals (ChNCs), and evaluating fluorescence penetration
Sealing effectiveness experimental group:Dentin slices were divided into: control group, high-concentration repair group, low-concentration repair group, and mineralization solution group. Each group
the mineralization solution group received only CaGP
the control group received no treatment.
Air pressure penetration experimental group:Dentin slices were divided into: control group, high-concentration repair group, low-concentration repair group, GLUMA group, Aominqing group, and Duraphat
Bacterial adhesion and anti-biofilm experimental group:Experiment using Streptococcus mutans UA159.
Part 1: Divided into control group, 12-h group, and 24-h group (5 slices per group)
bacterial adhesion observed by SEM.
Part 2: Divided into control group, 24-h group, and 48-h group (5 slices per group)
