18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Indicated for surgery and scheduled to undergo cervical spine procedure; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. Ability to communicate effectively and cooperate with exercise training; 4. Capable of using the WeChat platform for communication; 5. Informed of the study details and voluntarily participates; 6. Diagnosed with degenerative cervical spine disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with significant upper limb pain or restricted shoulder joint mobility that would impede participation in exercises; 2. Patients with torticollis or spinal deformities; 3. Patients diagnosed with Hirayama disease.
