18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (meeting at least one of the following): 1.BMI >= 28 kg/m² (overweight according to Chinese criteria); 2.Modified Mallampati class III; 3.Neck circumference > 40 cm (men) or > 36 cm (women); 4.Age 18–70 years, ASA physical status I–III, scheduled for elective painless gastroscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Modified Mallampati class IV; 2.Cervical spine disease, injury, or instability; 3.Diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea syndrome without standardized treatment; 4.Active upper gastrointestinal bleeding or pyloric obstruction.
