Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The control group consisted of healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations and were matched in terms of age and gender; 2. The study group included patients diagnosed with heart failure symptoms and those with a high risk of cardiac toxicity from tumors, namely: having a history of malignant tumors; 1.having received treatments with cardiac toxicity (such as anthracycline drugs, immune checkpoint inhibitors, radiotherapy, etc.); 2.and experiencing heart dysfunction (such as decreased LVEF, symptoms of heart failure, elevated markers of myocardial injury, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The control group excluded patients with non-cardiac-induced heart failure, autoimmune diseases, acute infections, and pregnant women; 2.The study group excluded those without baseline or follow-up cardiac function assessment data.
