Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with depression: 1. Age 13-18 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Outpatient or inpatient patients; 3. According to DSM-5, diagnosed with depressive disorder and confirmed as depressive disorder by MINI-KIDS 5.0; 4. Without language communication disorders, able to cooperate with assessment and treatment, and parents or guardians are willing and able to provide written informed consent. The subjects need to provide written informed consent. Inclusion criteria for patients with other mental disorders: 1. Age 13-18 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Outpatient or inpatient patients; 3. Patients whose clinical diagnosis and MINI-KIDS diagnosis do not meet the inclusion criteria for the depression disorder group; 4. No language communication disorder, able to cooperate with assessment and treatment, and parents or guardians are willing and able to provide written informed consent. The subjects need to provide written informed consent. Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: 1. Adolescents aged 13-18 years old (regardless of gender) were recruited through online platforms, hospitals, and school-based mental health activities; 2. Personnel trained by the research team evaluated them using the MINI-KIDS 5.0 assessment tool and determined that they did not meet the diagnostic criteria for depression or other mental disorders (approximately 70% of the evaluations were conducted offline, and 30% were conducted online); 3. No history of mental disorders; 4. No language communication disorders, and they were able to cooperate with the assessment and treatment, with parents or guardians willing and able to provide written informed consent. The participants need to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with depression: 1. Patients who previously or currently meet the following DSM-5 diagnoses: organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders, bipolar disorders, mental retardation, autism spectrum disorders, dementia, other cognitive impairments, alcohol or drug dependence, and Axis II disorders including personality disorders, etc.; 2. Those with diseases affecting the vocal organs such as colds, pharyngitis, etc.; those with professional background in vocal training or broadcasting; 3. Those with severe suicidal tendencies, severe agitation or severe unstable physical conditions; 4. Those who are simultaneously participating in another clinical trial and are unwilling or unable to complete this trial; 5. Excluded are secondary depression and anxiety disorders caused by physical diseases such as epilepsy, cardiovascular diseases, pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism or spontaneous hypoglycemia. Exclusion criteria for patients with other mental disorders: 1. Patients who previously or currently meet the following DSM-5 diagnoses: organic mental disorders, autism spectrum disorders, dementia, other cognitive impairments; those with diseases affecting the vocal organs such as colds, pharyngitis, etc.; 2. Those with professional background in vocal music or broadcasting training; 3. Those with severe suicidal tendencies, severe excitement and agitation, or severe unstable physical conditions; 4. Those who are simultaneously participating in another clinical trial and are unwilling or unable to complete this trial; 5. Excluded from secondary mental disorders caused by physical diseases such as epilepsy, cardiovascular diseases, pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism, or spontaneous hypoglycemia. Exclusion criteria for healthy control patients: 1. Those with diseases affecting the vocal organs such as colds or pharyngitis; 2. Those with professional training background in vocal music or broadcasting; 3. Those with severe suicidal tendencies, severe agitation or severe unstable physical conditions; 4.
