18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years old, male and female; 2. The course of disease is not more than 6 months and the condition is stable within the past week; 3. conscious, without cognitive impairment, and able to cooperate with evaluation and treatment; 4. the first attack and hemiplegia; 5. Brunnstrom stage of the affected upper limb and hand was ?-?, and modified Asworth grade was <=2; 6.Informed consent has been obtained and signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications of TBS: stimulation sites include pumps, aneurysm clips, deep brain stimulation electrodes, cochlear implants, etc., history of seizures or use of substances that reduce seizure threshold ; 2. local wounds; 3. Unable to cooperate with rehabilitation due to emotional disorders.
