Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnancy in primipara 2. Age >= 18 years and 12 weeks 4. Intention for vaginal delivery 5. Informed consent obtained from the pregnant woman and her family

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a mental illness, communication or cognitive impairment; 2. Combined with severe physical diseases or pregnancy complications.
