Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study 1 1. Long stimulation protocol or antagonist protocol; 2. Meet the criteria for fresh cycle transfer; 3. Age 20-43 years. Study 2 1. Age 20-43 years; 2. Long stimulation protocol or antagonist protocol suitable for fresh embryo transfer; 3. Meet the criteria for frozen-thawed embryo transfer, including natural ovulation cycles and artificial cycles (oral estrogen and progesterone).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Study 1 1. Use of estrogen drugs during ovulation induction or after egg retrieval. 2. Those with uterine anatomical abnormalities, endometrial lesions, or hydrosalpinx; 3. Autoimmune diseases, thrombotic tendency; 4. Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Study 2 1. Use of estrogen before pregnancy testing in all protocols except HRT cycles; 2. Exclude autoimmune diseases and thrombotic tendency. 3. Those with uterine anatomical abnormalities, endometrial lesions, or hydrosalpinx.
