Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years;2.Patients undergoing invasive mechanical ventilation with oral endotracheal or nasotracheal intubation.;3.Healthy facial skin with no obstructions in the facial area to be captured;4.Informed consent obtained from the patient or legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with facial morphological alterations due to disease or surgery;2.Patients with chronic pain lasting > 3 months;3.Patients with facial nerve paralysis, brain injury, or other neurological disorders that may affect facial expression;4.Patients currently receiving neuromuscular blocking agents.
