Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Premature infants with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks and a birth weight of less than 1,500 g; 2.All family members signed the informed consent form, agreeing to be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformations or chromosomal abnormalities; 2. Genetic metabolic diseases; 3. Severe infection; 4. Other serious systemic complications such as intracranial hemorrhage, etc. 5. Incomplete information; 6. The child patient dies or the family requests to abandon the treatment; 7. The family members refused to cooperate with the research.
