Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years and =28 kg/m²).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation disorders or tendency to nosebleeds; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 3. Severe neurological diseases affecting respiratory function; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Pre-existing hypoxemia (SpO2 < 90%) before the examination; 6. Use of drugs that may affect respiratory function before the examination and continued; 7. Patients or their legal representatives refuse to participate in this study.
