Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases and is confirmed by the results of head CT or MRI examinations; 2. The disease course is less than one year, with an age range of 18 to 85 years old, and gender is not limited. 3. Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, able to understand and cooperate with treatment; 4. According to the assessment of a rehabilitation physician, the affected limb has proprioceptive dysfunction. 5. The Brunnstrom stage of the lower extremities is III-V. 6. Cognitive function is basically barrier-free, with an MMSE score of = 24 points; 7. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe spasticity, joint stiffness and severe hypertonia of the lower limbs; 2.Those with severe infections, serious primary diseases, secondary epilepsy, and unstable vital signs; 3.Peripheral neuropathy leading to lower limb pain and lower limb dysfunction; 4.Combined with severe pain knee osteoarthritis, joint contracture; 5.Combined with lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis and other episodes of low back pain and leg pain; 6.Patients with active or unstable cardiovascular diseases (patients with severe arrhythmia and heart failure);
