Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Shoulder pain patients (adhesive capsulitis, rotator cuff injury, acromion impingement syndrome, hemiplegic shoulder pain, shoulder pain after spinal cord injury, etc.); 2. First onset of illness; 3. Disease duration <= 6 months; 4. Agree to sign the informed consent form; 5. Approved by the Ethics Committee of Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other chronic pain and mental illnesses; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, poor cardiopulmonary function; 3. Infection of the affected shoulder; 4. Platelet and coagulation dysfunction; 5. Those with poor compliance and inability to cooperate.
