Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) or subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) via cranial CT or MRI; 3. The time from stroke onset to hospital admission is less than 24 hours; 4. Complete lower limb venous ultrasound screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with DVT upon admission; 2. Patients with concurrent malignancy; 3. Patients who have recently undergone anticoagulant therapy; 4. Patients whose case records are incomplete, affecting the diagnosis of IDDVT, or patients with >20% missing case data.
