Knee joint force measurement system auxiliary group:Measure the difference in force between the inner and outer sides of the knee joint with a target value of less than 66N
Traditional Surgery Group:Only measure the pressure difference between the inside and outside, and make a record.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis and meeting surgical indications, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria outlined in the Chinese Osteoarthritis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2021 Edition)issued by the Chinese Orthopaedic Association. 2. The affected knee exhibits varus deformity <= 25°, flexion deformity <= 25°, anterior/posterior drawer test result <= 5 mm before and after surgery, and varus/valgus instability <= 10° on stress testing. 3. The patient has clear verbal expression ability and is free of psychiatric or other major systemic diseases. 4. BMI < 35 kg/m².

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infectious knee arthritis or other infectious diseases, who do not meet the indications for total knee arthroplasty (TKA). 2. Patients with severe bone defects. 3. Patients with other major underlying diseases that cannot tolerate surgery. 4. Patients unable to walk independently or complete gait analysis. 5. Patients with coexisting spinal, hip, foot/ankle, or neurological disorders that affect walking ability.
