Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 3 years of experience in a nursing position; 2. Agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form; 3. Absence of musculoskeletal system trauma, rheumatoid arthritis, tumors, tuberculosis, and infections, and other diseases that can affect the judgment of musculoskeletal system symptoms at the time of the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses during pregnancy or maternity leave; 2. Presence of serious somatic diseases (e.g., malignant tumors, tuberculosis, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, etc.) affecting the judgment and physical status of survey participants; 3. Those with musculoskeletal discomfort due to trauma, surgery, and other non-occupational causes within 1 year.
