Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly people aged 60 and above who meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain or knee joint pain, and have been diagnosed by a doctor as having lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, cervical spondylosis, periarthritis of the shoulder, osteoarthritis or other musculoskeletal strains, and have experienced significant pain or discomfort affecting daily life in the past 6 months, patients and their families should understand the study and sign the informed consent form. Voluntarily participate and be able to accept follow-up evaluations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiovascular, respiratory, liver and kidney diseases, severe mental or cognitive impairments, other serious musculoskeletal diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis, who have undergone surgery or hormone injections in the past three months, or are currently using drugs that affect musculoskeletal function.
