Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.VHD patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of the American Heart Association/American College of Cardiology's "2006 Management Guidelines for Patients with Valvular Heart Disease" ; 2.According to clinical judgment, patients without contraindications for heart valve replacement surgery and planning to undergo heart valve replacement surgery; 3.Age >= 18 years old; 4.Patients with clear awareness, basic communication skills, and cooperation in investigation and evaluation; 5.Patients with clear awareness, basic communication skills, and cooperation in investigation and evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2.Individuals with other serious illnesses, such as liver, lung, kidney dysfunction, and malignant tumors; 3.currently participating in other clinical researchers.
