Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Early-stage gastrointestinal cancer and gastrointestinal stromal tumors can be treated endoscopically; 2. Patients aged 18 and above at the time of signing the informed consent form; 3. mucosal defects >=2cm; 4. Willingness to participate with signed written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who don’t meet the indications for endoscopic ultra - minimally invasive resection; 2. Patients with a diameter less than 2 centimeters after endoscopic resection of the target lesion; 3. Special populations: children, pregnant or lactating women, and patients with mental disorders; 4. Patients who are taking anticoagulants (e.g., thrombin) and antifibrinolytic drugs (e.g., tranexamic acid and aprotinin preparations) and cannot discontinue the medication; 5. Patients with unstable vital signs during the operation due to various causes.
