Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 35-75 years old; 2. Permanent resident of the project site, having lived within the project site for more than 6 months in the year prior to screening; 3. Voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Myocardial infarction, stroke, or shock within the past 3 months; 2. Severe heart failure, serious arrhythmia, or unstable angina within the past 4 weeks; 3. Massive hemoptysis within the past 4 weeks; 4. Chest, abdominal, or ophthalmic surgery within the past 3 months; 5. Psychiatric disorders: requiring use of antipsychotic medications or treatment for epileptic seizures; 6. Cognitive impairment: including dementia, understanding difficulties, etc.; 7. Hypertension: systolic blood pressure >200 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >100 mmHg; 8. Heart rate >120 bpm; 9. Aortic aneurysm; 10. Severe hyperthyroidism; 11. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 12. Respiratory infectious disease (such as tuberculosis, influenza, etc.) within the past month.
