Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The cases in this study are all patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the TCM diabetes clinic, endocrine clinic and inpatient clinic of our hospital from September 2023 to September 2024, and all the confirmed patients met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes officially announced by the WHO Diabetes Expert Advisory Committee in 1999. 2. In addition, the 50 patients in the healthy control group were all from the healthy examiners of the Physical Examination Center of Hohhot Mongolian Medical Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the selection criteria of the normal control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant and lactating patients; (2) Patients with other serious primary diseases (such as acute cerebral infarction, coronary heart disease, severe liver and kidney diseases, tumor patients, etc.); (3) Patients with mental illness; (4) Patients with acute metabolic disorders and infections; (5) Patients with type 1 diabetes; (6) Accompanied by infectious diseases such as AIDS and hepatitis B; (7) Have taken drugs that affect metabolism, such as diuretics, hormones, etc., within 2 months before the inclusion of the study.
